The warehouse lead person is responsible for assisting the production supervisor and S&R department with all inbound and outbound treats items. This role will additionally be responsible for assisting and / or performing specific functions related to order prep, billing, packaging receipts, and inventory control of all packaging and finished goods.

Hourly competitive starting pay $24.05 / hour. $1.00 / hour shift differential for 2nd shift positions. Comprehensive health insurance, retirement benefits and more.

Essential duties & responsibilities :

• Coordinates the daily / routine activities of the team ensuring all members are working safely at all times, achieving maximum productivity and adhering to PPH's policies and procedures.
• Support PPH's commitment to quality and food safety.
• Assist in the resolution of technical problems, scheduling conflicts, equipment issues and employee concerns.
• Participate as a team member on improvement projects and organizational committees.
• Work hands-on in the warehouse area as needed to cover the work load, demonstrate expectations, and train employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned or appropriate.
