Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance business
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their specific insurance needs and providing them with suitable coverage options.
  • Analyze and assess clients' current insurance policies and recommend appropriate adjustments or enhancements.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to ensure the best possible coverage for clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and insurance products to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed production targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer,
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in analyzing risk exposures and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulations, compliance, and market trends.
  • Active insurance producer license in the relevant state.

  • Engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborating with underwriters to negotiate and finalize insurance policies.
  • Researching market trends and products to stay informed and offer the best options to clients.
  • Utilizing sales strategies to achieve production targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
