Manufacturing Equipment Technician
Maintain / sustain manufacturing equipment and help to improve equipment availability / reliability. Prepare / schedule preventive maintenance work, pouring / changing chemicals when needed to backup chemical technicians including replacement of parts to meet manufacturing requirements. Help with equipment repair / PM / upgrade / install, procedures and safety guidelines / assist including train less experienced maintenance technicians in standardizing troubleshooting techniques as needed. Work closely with manufacturing personnel and equipment / process engineers in adjustments to be made in matter relating to equipment repair / PM / chemical pouring, procedures and safety guidelines / assist and help others in troubleshooting equipment. Daily hands-on involvement with tools in the following areas : wet etch, dry etch, photo and metrology. Overnight support of wafer fab facilities equipment is required as needed. Follow all Safety / LOTO procedure guidelines.
