Key Responsibilities

Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to patient admission

Conduct financial counseling with patients regarding their insurance benefits and collect patient cost share

Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure compliance with billing regulations

Required Qualifications

2+ years of full-time professional experience in a healthcare setting

Minimum 2 years of direct experience in revenue cycle management

Experience in behavioral health preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and video conferencing technologies
