What You Will Do

We are seeking a Factory Operating System Support Technician for our FOS factory supervisory and monitoring system. This person will be responsible for supporting the deployment and Production and Engineering use of our industry leading FOS system. The ideal candidate will have IT support experience in a Factory or other Industrial business setting.

As Factory Operating System (FOS) Support Technician, you will:

1. Provide first line IT support for Engineering, Production, and Factory Operator team use and issues related to Tablets, Projectors, Monitors, Scanners and onboarding/offboarding processes

2. Troubleshoot and resolve common Factory Engineering and Operator IT incidents, escalating to senior engineer when necessary

3. Manage FOS user accounts, permissions, and access controls

4. Assist with the setup, deployment, and maintenance of Factory IT hardware and software, including Production Station setups

5. Monitor and maintain Factory IT infrastructure to ensure uptime, security, and performance

6. Support remote users and mobile device management (MDM) platforms

7. Create new methodologies and solutions to support company growth and scale

You Will Bring

• 1–2 years of system administration or IT support experience

• Ability to deploy, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure for our Factory Operating System environment

• Assist in Factory Station setup and improvements

• Provide first line support to Engineering, Production, and Operator users

• Work independently to maintain FOS uptime and usage

• These experiences are a plus -

• Experience with Azure in a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment preferred.

• Exposure to ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).

• Exposure to Factory automation or monitoring systems

• Experience with Mobile Device Management systems

• Exposure to Network Security management

• Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)

• Intellect and drive
