Salary : $100,000 – $110,000 + Benefits

Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial concrete projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to assess requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project scope
- Analyze labor, material, and equipment needs
- Develop competitive bids and proposals that align with project goals
- Track costs and assist with budgeting throughout project lifecycles
