To succeed in this position, you'll need an associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a related field. If you're certified through ASCP, AMT, or a similar body, that's a plus-but if you're certification-eligible and working toward it, we still want to meet you. We're looking for someone with an eye for detail, solid communication skills, and a collaborative mindset-someone who understands the value of accuracy, efficiency, and compassion in patient care.
