Job Description

Our hospital-based anesthesia team is seeking a board eligible / certified Anesthesiologist. Valley Anesthesia is an exclusive provider of anesthesia services at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, Virgina.

Qualified candidates :

• Must be a lawful permanent resident or legal member of the US
• Must be board-eligible or board-certified
• Ability to obtain a VA medical license, and DEA license
• Diverse mix of cases including Trauma (Level II), Vascular, EP, Thoracic, OB, Orthopedics, Urology, General, GYN, and GI ( exception of sick pediatrics, chronic pain, and transplant)
• No call after first day of call
• Second call every 5th night
• Physicians do approximately 30% of their own cases
• 21 Anesthesiologists and 48 experienced CRNA's
