As a Bilingual Client Support Specialist (Bilingual Associate Client Support Consultant) , you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more! The nature of what you do every day will not change your #1 goal is to help clients.

Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client.

There will be no shortage of new questions you'll receive, which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success! We also have a healthy dose of fun together!

Bilingual Client Support Specialist Requirements :

  • Must have High School diploma / GED
  • Must be fully Bilingual in English & Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Previous Call Center or Complex Customer Service Experience preferred (ideally in finance, retirement services, insurance, HR / HRIS, etc.)
  • Ability to work with multiple screens / software products in a fast-paced inbound call support environment
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons
  • Ability to pass a background check
