Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-quality, personalized physical therapy care to patients.
  • Conduct one-on-one patient interactions and work closely with patients to enhance their physical health.
  • Perform home visits, delivering care in a comfortable and familiar environment.
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to curate personalized physical therapy treatment plans.
  • Utilize telehealth options to deliver tailored physical therapy consultations, enhancing accessibility for patients.

    • Location Expectations :

  • Location :

    • Home Visits, Concierge Upper East side / Upper West side or Midtown Manhattan Clinic

  • Patient Office or Home Visits
  • Work directly with patients in their homes
  • Option to choose your preferred work area within New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens).
  • Access to a gym space for enhanced practice.

    • Qualifications :

  • Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Physical Therapy Curriculum.
  • Valid New York State Physical Therapy License.

    Compensation : $80.00 - $100.00 per hour

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated physical therapist to join our dynamic team at Mobility Health Physical Therapy. As a home visit-based clinic, we provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population across Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, and Westchester County. With the flexibility to choose your own hours, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our patients' lives.
