Must have current IL license
Monday through Friday
6 : 30-3 : 00
1 : 4 call
Average 10 cases per day
Beeper call
MAC, General, intrathecal, spinal, OB (most common when on call)
Care Team Model
Mostly adults, occasional "healthy" kid
