This role is crucial during our busiest time of the year. We are looking for career-driven leaders who are obsessed with creating a unique customer experience. We need great people to represent the brand where it matters mostin front of our customers. These leaders will be part of shaping the voice and character of the Squishable store experience. Additionally, they will be confident, creative, bright, friendly, adaptable, and able to consistently perform at the highest level. Candidates must be well-spoken and confident in their ability to interact with people at all levels while remaining calm and organized at all times.

What Does a Squishable Store Manager Do?

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, and training new staff.
• Opening and closing the market shop (at times on your own) and being responsible for the accurate handling of day-start / day-end cash
• Ensuring accurate maintenance of inventory levels and punctual restocking of merchandise on the floor
• Maintaining a high level of merchandise presentation
• Maintain enthusiasm and motivation in the shop and ensure a fun and memorable environment is created
• Assist in all types of POS transactions and inquiries
• Adhere to all company policies, practices, and safety standards

Other Qualifications :

Pay for this role starts at $23-25 an Hour

Duration : November 1, 2025 January 15, 2026

Availability Requirements : Some peak weekend and holiday work may be required.
