This role requires significant thought leadership and people leadership.

Commercial Sales Manager

We invite you to lead a team of high-performing results-driven outside sales representatives where our customers potential is personal.

As a Commercial Sales Manager youll beresponsiblefor the following:

Leading People

  • Hire develop and retain staff creating robust succession plans and developing the next generation of leaders

  • Identify goals and objectives provide regular and candid feedback through evaluations or coaching sessions

Developing Business Plans

  • Develop sales targets for individual sales representatives

  • Understand areas of customer focus including Sales Building Staffing Profitability and Compliance

Engage with the Industry

  • Visit key existing and future customers

As a Commercial Sales Manager youlllearn:

  • How to lead following the Servant Leadership model/framework

  • How to Participate in food shows regional customer events customer segment shows and customer trips to headquarters to maintain visibility with customers segments or associations

Position Requirements:

  • Four or more years previous sales or business experience

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data including profitability models

  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours
