What You’ll Do

Be the initial provider in newly contracted facilities, ensuring a smooth transition.

Mentor and support clinicians through onboarding and orientation.

Act as a “clinical troubleshooter” during urgent or complex scenarios.

Collaborate with Business Development and Clinical Operations to deliver seamless, quality care.

Provide coverage during PTO, LOA, or staffing changes.

What We’re Looking For

Licensed NP or PA with a Master’s degree or completion of an accredited PA program.

At least 1 year of experience in Primary Care or Behavioral Health (long-term care preferred).

Strong communication, adaptability, and independence.

Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Location : Regional travel (local + overnight). Schedule : Full-time, Exempt. Growth Path : Clinical ladder role with leadership development opportunities.
