We are looking for a qualified Front Desk with a high level of professionalism and effective decision-making skills.
The applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills and MUST be flexible.
Key Requirements :
- Successful history as a Front Desk Agent or related hospitality experience / customer service experience is appreciated.
- Must have a flexible work schedule. Available Monday to Sunday. Mornings : 7-3am AND Evenings : 3pm-11pm Required.

Responsibilities :
Register & process guests and their assigned rooms.Accommodate guest requests.Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms.Up-selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services.Handling cash payments.Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.Answer calls professionally / Make guest reservationsCheck in / Check out / Check on guestsFollow Shift Checklist
