Account Managers oversee and drive the execution of digital fundraising and marketing strategies for multiple political campaigns and organizations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication, guiding strategy, and ensuring deliverables are executed at the highest level.The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, a keen understanding of digital engagement, and experience leading teams to deliver measurable results. This is a client-facing role requiring confidence, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.Responsibilities : Lead the development and execution of digital fundraising and marketing strategies for political clientsServe as the primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring expectations are met or exceededCollaborate across departments to coordinate creative, copy, and data efforts that drive fundraising performanceAnalyze results and provide actionable insights through reporting, client calls, and presentationsMentor and oversee Account Coordinators, providing guidance and feedback to support their growthIdentify opportunities for optimization and expansion across client programsRequirements : Bachelors degree preferred13 years of experience in digital marketing, fundraising, or political communicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies clearlyStrong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyData-driven mindset and attention to detailWillingness to work flexible hours during the political cycleExcitement to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative, and growing company
