Requirements :

Active WAPhysical Therapist License

Current CPR Certification

BLS via American Heart Association

Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy

from an accredited PT program"

TheraEx Therapy Job ID #25-47050. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
