Tradeshow Manager
Outreach is seeking an experienced Tradeshow Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our third-party event presence worldwide. This role is responsible for ensuring that Outreach's participation in industry events, conferences, and sponsorships delivers measurable impact while driving awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with deep experience managing complex event programs end-to-end. You will oversee all aspects of our tradeshow strategy from sponsorship selection and vendor management to booth production, onsite execution, lead management, and post-event analysis.
This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, demand generation, product marketing, and creative teams to ensure that every event aligns with Outreach's brand standards and business objectives.

Our Vision of You
$70,000 - $110,000 a year
The annual base salary range for this role is $70,000-$110,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, location and experience. Final offers are determined through a holistic assessment and will vary within the posted range. Your Recruiter will share specific details based on your location and role during the hiring process.
