LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Pennsylvania!

Pay Information

$320,000 to $350,000 per year

About The Position

A growing women's multispecialty ambulatory center located in  Northeast Philadelphia is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB / GYN with at least one year of post-residency experience to join its dynamic team. Work in a brand-new facility that offers collaborative care alongside a large primary care group and specialists across oncology, surgery, cardiology, and therapy services.

🌟 Position Highlights :

Join an established OB / GYN group with 4.5 FTE providers – call will be 1 : 6 when fully staffed

Practice located within a state-of-the-art ambulatory center offering comprehensive women's health services

Weekday schedule (M–F) + every 6th weekend call

Weekday 24-hour shift rotated among team (light post-call admin day the next day)

Mix of office-based care and hospital responsibilities ; location split between two sites based on patient volume

Perform laparoscopic procedures, D&C, evacuations, and robotic-assisted surgeries

Access to da Vinci Si and Xi robotic systems

Focused on low-risk OB patients (~80%) with a C-section rate of 25–30%

Level II nursery and full in-house specialty support

EMR : Meditech

All new office equipment and supportive infrastructure

💰 Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive base salary : $320K–$350K (based on experience and training)

Income guarantee + potential RVU production bonus

✅ Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in OB / GYN – Required

Active PA license or willing to obtain – Required

BLS certification – Required (or willing to obtain)

Minimum 1 year of OB / GYN practice experience beyond residency – Required

Experience with complicated deliveries , C-sections , and robotic-assisted surgery – Required
