ID : 74192300 Shift : 8hr Days 8x5 Description : HWL Hospital-AN-0481 Travel experience required\r\n\r\nLocal rate is $8 less\r\nDays, 40 hours, 5x8s, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm, no weekends, no holidays, no call. \r\nMA License required\r\n\r\nEducation : \r\nGraduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.\r\nEvidence of continued education and professional development\r\n\r\nExperience : \r\n3-5 years experience in oncology nursing preferred.\r\n\r\nJob Summary : \r\nThe Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) is an experienced oncology nurse responsible for the individualized needs assessment of cancer patients, family members and their care givers across all phases of the cancer care continuum. The Navigator readily identifies personal and systemic barriers and through problem solving and referrals, helps to improve access to treatment and thereby achieving better patient outcomes. The ONN reports to the Director of Oncology and Infusion Services and works collaboratively with all members of the oncology team.\r\n\r\nPlease review the attached document for full list of job functions Guaranteed Hours : 40 Weekly Contract Weeks : 90
