Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Epic-certified analyst with deep expertise in Cadence and Prelude modules, complemented by hands-on experience in Referrals and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE). This role requires a professional who can support and optimize Epic workflows across scheduling, registration, and referral management, ensuring seamless integration and performance across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support Epic Cadence and Prelude configurations, including scheduling templates, visit types, decision trees, and registration workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain referral workqueues, rules, and conditions to streamline patient intake and authorization processes.
- Implement and troubleshoot Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) workflows, including payer / plan configuration and benefit filing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Epic workflows with operational needs and compliance standards.
- Participate in system upgrades, go-lives, and optimization initiatives, providing training and documentation as needed.
