Renewal Solutions Manager

The Renewal Solutions Manager is responsible for the retention of SHI's renewal base, to grow our renewal revenue and expand the margin profile of renewals while acquiring new lines of business within their account set. This role is a dedicated resource to managing the relationships between the sales teams, customers, and partners as it pertains to recurring revenue. A RSM will execute against SHI's Volume Program Management strategy and drive results around an increase in profitability and retention. This is an individual contributor role, that will be mapped to specific Account Executives and Districts in a sales overlay model. This position reports to the Partner Renewals Manager.

Role Description

• Act as a primary subject-matter expert for product, sales, and program information.
• Train sales teams on partner products and programs, and how customers can benefit by using their core products.
• Conduct conference calls / meetings with Sales teams, manufacturer Sales teams, and customers to sell partner products and solutions.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline on an ongoing basis through CRM and Excel.
• Manage and process Partner Deal Registration and / or other strategic pricing programs.
• Create and maintain content on internal team sites, including training decks and presentations.
• Execute on partner campaigns and initiatives aligning with Sales teams.
• Monitor CRM for submitted Deal Registrations request and submit them to the partner.
• Stay up to date on new product technology offerings, as well as partner-specific trainings and certifications.
• Provide excellent support to both customers and the SHI sales organization.

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary and bonus, are $55,000 - $75,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
