Title - Desktop Support Technician
Location - Schenectady, NY
Duration - 6 month contract-to-hire
Hours - Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Pay Rate - $25 / hr
Responsibilities -
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Network connection issues, track network connections back to network switches.
- Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve.
- Represents the company in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates.
- Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or request for information
- Hardware repair, troubleshooting of hardware and software images, IMAC tasks
Qualifications -
3+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and softwareComfortable providing hand & feet support for servers and networksExperience supporting mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices is a plusA+ certification is a plusKindly share your resume with answers :
