We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC / R systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role is essential in ensuring optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Technician will work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality service to our clients.

• Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC / R systems including heat pumps and air conditioning units.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for diagnosing electrical issues within HVAC systems.
• Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and service delivery.
• Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
• Familiarity with HVAC / R equipment, tools, and techniques for installation and repair.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for driving the company van.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week
