Digital Merchandising Specialist (4-Month Contract – Onsite in Seattle, WA)

Pay : $30–$38 / hour (W2, depending on experience)

Location : Seattle, WA (Fully Onsite)

Duration : 4 months (potential for extension)

About the Role

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Digital Merchandising Specialist to join our client’s high-performing marketing team in Seattle. This is an exciting opportunity to support large-scale, customer-facing marketing initiatives for one of the world’s leading e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will have a blend of marketing operations, onsite merchandising, and technical execution experience — including hands-on work with Content Symphony and JSON coding .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, push, and onsite channels.
• Build and maintain onsite merchandising campaigns for the Canadian homepage and other branded destinations.
• Utilize Content Symphony and JSON coding to configure and optimize campaign content.
• Partner closely with design teams to manage creative assets for emails, push notifications, and onsite placements.
• Support organic social media activations in collaboration with agency partners.
• Report on campaign performance and progress toward goals for senior leadership.
• Edit and publish digital content through CMS platforms using HTML and XML.
• Contribute to the execution strategy for multi-channel merchandising roadmaps.
