Physician / New Jersey / Locum tenens / Gastroenterologist Job

A healthcare system in New Jersey is looking to add a new, licensedGastroenterologist to one of their facilities in South Jersey.

About the Opportunity :

Schedule : Coverage for weekdays or weekends

Hours : 7am to 5pm or 7am to 7pm

Patient Volume : 8 to 10 per day

Responsibilities :

TheGastroenterologist will be responsible for :

Examining & obtaining medical history and treating acute &chronic illnesses

Ordering, performing,and interpreting diagnostic tests

Creatingtreatment plansand involvingpatients &family members in those plans

Initiatingappropriate specialty referrals

Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications :

Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New Jersey

Board Eligible / Certified inGastroenterology
