Are you passionate about working with young children and making a meaningful impact every day? Join our team at The Starting Place , a preschool in Hudson, NY, as a Temporary 1 : 1 Teacher Aide and help support children with special education needs in a warm and nurturing environment.

Location : Hudson, NY

Pay Rate : $19.50 per hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 1 : 45 PM

Duration : Temporary position

Key Responsibilities :

• Support individual students in the classroom under the direction of the lead teacher
• Assist with implementing instructional activities and daily routines
• Help children with daily living skills (toileting, eating, dressing, etc.)
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
• Collaborate with classroom staff and clinicians
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
• Provide supervision during recreational time and bus arrivals / departures
• Be flexible to assist in other classrooms as needed
