Speech Communication Adjunct Instructor Essential Skills, Knowledge And Experience
For General Education courses : A minimum of a master’s degree with 18 semester credits or 24 quarter credits in the area of the course(s) assigned to teach. For example, an instructor teaching College Mathematics could have a master’s degree in Environmental Science but would be qualified to teach College Mathematics if they have 18 graduate-level semester credits in Mathematics.

This is a part time onsite, campus based, position. Sitting and Standing for long periods. Dexterity and coordination to handle files and single pieces of paper, occasional lifting of items weighing up to twenty-five (25) pounds such as files, stacks of paper, reference and other materials. Moving from place to place within the organization, minimal reaching for items above and below desk level. Strength, dexterity, coordination and vision to use keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.
