Senior Project Engineer, Pipeline

Venture Global LNG ("Venture Global") is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. We are seeking to welcome a Senior Pipeline Project Engineer to the Pipeline Team. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented engineer with expertise in pipeline systems and pipeline engineering design with gas industry experience. This person will have experience working in both an office and field / site environment providing gas pipeline design, valve automation / remote control, and pipeline facility system design. The Senior Pipeline Project Engineer will work alongside the current VG Pipeline Team and support multiple projects at the same time.

Responsibilities :

• Provide oversight for EPCM and Construction Contractors
• Review and comment on Engineering deliverables, plans and procedures including pipeline, Meter Stations, and compressor stations
• Review and comment on Construction Contractor plans, schedules, and procedures
• Provide project management support to Venture Global pipeline projects as needed
• Support other functions with permitting, planning and execution activities
• Prepare reports, assist with presentations related to the pipeline projects
• Act as owner's engineer / Owner representative as needed
• Support review and approval of Contractor invoices, change orders and schedules
• Preparation of Hydrostatic Test Letters and review of test packages
• Assist with cost estimates and cash flows
• Assist with development of Task Orders
• Assist with site audits and field visits
• Support PHMSA and FERC visits and data request
