Customer Support Representative

Job Description

Do you enjoy helping people and can break down tasks into clear, concise steps? Are you beyond patient and use your empathy superpower to advocate for others? Well, we'd love to have you join us at Seguno!

You will work with Shopify merchants to answer their questions through email and live chat, guiding them through learning our apps and helping identify and resolve issues they may be experiencing. At some point, you will have to provide entertainment as the host of our weekly team lunch, so ask us for the scoop on Meal of Fortune.

Required expertise

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• At least two years in a customer-facing role
• Fluent in English
