Description :

Provide high-quality nursing care in a Medical / Surgical / Telemetry setting.

Monitor patients and provide critical interventions as necessary.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Demonstrate strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Maintain accurate patient records according to facility protocols.

Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills.

Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate team members.

Support patients and their families through education and emotional support.
