Director Team Resources Shared Services Summary :
- Responsible for developing, leading and managing the TR Shared Services team, fostering a culture of high performance and customer service.
- Oversees the delivery of TR shared services (i.e., benefits administration, HRIS management, employee onboarding / offboarding and employee records management) across the organization through a centralized shared services model.
- Ensures efficient and effective management of the TR shared services center and associated operations.
- In coordination with the appropriate TR department leadership, supports the front-line administration of benefits, compensation, HRIS, team member inquiries, and compliance and other TR processes as appropriate.
- Collaborates with TR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of TR services with broader TR strategy.
- Leads the evaluation, selection and implementation of TR Technology solutions to automate and streamline TR shared services processes.
- Drives service excellence, process improvement, and automation to enhance team member experience and support organizational goals.
- Develops and implements a tiered service delivery model that leverages team member and manager self-service, a customer service center, escalated issue resolution, Centers of Excellence and integration with TR resources aligned to various business units.
- Standardizes processes and implements best practices to ensure efficient, accurate and compliant TR service delivery.
- Monitors and analyzes service metrics, identify areas of improvement and drive initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Related Field; Preferred : Master's degree in a relevant field.Required Experience :
Minimum 10 years of progressive TR experience with at least 5 years in leading human resources shared servicesExperience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and TR technology implementationsStrong knowledge of TR processes, systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll) and compliance requirementsDemonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.Location : Clearwater, Florida
