Looking for a flexible way to make an impact after the school day ends? Total Education Solutions  is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide after-hours support (4–7 PM) in a hybrid role. Pay Rate : $40 - $44.18 / hr

🎯 Expectations :

• provide one-to-one support to the client, parents, and behaviorists in a school, clinic, and / or home setting.
• be responsible for developing behavioral strategies and creating a behavior plan to best meet the needs of each client.
• train, supervise, and mentor your team of behaviorists by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• maintain detailed and accurate records, including strategies, techniques, and modification changes to behavior plans.
