Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you will play a crucial part in organizing and updating records within Salesforce while ensuring accuracy and completeness of contract-related documentation. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and proficiency in data management tools.
Responsibilities :
- Review Salesforce records to identify missing contract documentation.
- Transfer contract documents from various storage locations, including SharePoint and Salesforce Account or Opportunity records, into appropriate Salesforce Contract records.
- Update Salesforce records to reflect the absence of contract documents when they cannot be located.
- Ensure proper organization and accuracy of all transferred data within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline the document tracking process.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive contract information.
- Provide regular updates on progress and completion of assigned tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues related to data entry or system navigation.
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements :
Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and its functions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Capability to work independently while following established procedures.Commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
