High school diploma or GED (required)2-4 years of on-site management operations knowledge (required)Yardi software experience (preferred)Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance (required)Able to adhere to set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as requiredAble to adhere to company policies, procedures, and practicesAble to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsAble to maintain a professional and ethical atmospherePossess supervisory / managerial skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook softwareAble to perform work responsibilities at locations other than "home" propertyAble to travel within major metropolitan areas and may be required to attend company functions in other cities
