Job Description :

This role supports the Client Services team by managing projects for one of the company’s largest accounts during a maternity leave coverage. The Senior Account Manager will oversee the full project life cycle—from planning and client communication to production execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day project execution from start to finish, ensuring communication across clients and internal departments
• Organize and create manufacturing instructions, ensuring accurate production documentation
• Oversee die-lines, artwork, and client-related files to ensure packaging and product details meet all requirements
• Partner with sales, operations, and production teams to align on goals and timelines
• Track key metrics, financials, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead client updates and internal business reviews to highlight performance and opportunities
• Troubleshoot issues quickly, maintaining strong client relationships and smooth project flow
