About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy and Business Development to work closely with executives in the creation and enhancement of corporate strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives that aim to maximize growth potential and shareholder value. This role involves proactively identifying and driving long-term strategies based on in-depth market assessments, as well as partnering with various functions and business units to build and implement business cases for key strategic initiatives.

Applicants for the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A background in strategy consulting, particularly with experience in the business services, outsourcing, or IT services market, is essential. The role requires a candidate with 3-5 years' experience in a strategy consulting firm, having reached a team manager level, and a proven track record of developing and evaluating strategies. Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams are also necessary. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a strong problem solver, and have exceptional communication skills, with a focus on team success and the ability to maintain perspective on key business priorities.
