As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...
- Partner across functions to drive high-impact initiatives such as annual planning, tiger teams, and exec initiatives
- Conduct analyses, synthesize insights, and develop recommendations that enable better business decisions
- Drive special ad-hoc projects from inception to completion in partnership with business leaders to enable state changes in the business
- Manage and improve business cadence for key company-wide rhythms and cross-functional reviews (e.g., board meetings, QBRs, MBOs)
- We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hour
If You've Got It - We Want It
Experience : 5-7 years in corporate strategy, consulting, or business operations roles at top firms or high-growth tech companiesStrategic Execution : Skilled at turning ideas into plans and following through to completion; manages multiple initiatives independentlyProblem Solving and Insight : Analytical thinker who can structure ambiguity, connect data to insights, and propose practical solutionsCommunication and Influence : Strong written, verbal, and visual communicator; comfortable presenting findings to leaders and peersCollaboration and Teamwork : Builds productive relationships across teams, balancing logic and empathy to influence decisionsAdaptability : Thrives in fast-changing environments, asks good questions, and adjusts plans based on new informationBonus :Experience in B2B SaaS or data infrastructure companiesFamiliarity with the IT and Security data ecosystemExposure to company-wide planning, metrics, or business cadence managementComfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis or process automationMBA or advanced business degreeSalary Range ($125,000 - $180,000)The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
