Weekend Rotation : Every other Holiday Rotation as needed Float Requirements : Ability to float to Peabody Manor (40 miles). Rehab & LTC patients.  On Call / Call Back Requirements :  None Certifications :  WI RN, AHA BLS Education : Associates Minimum Experience : 2 years REQUIRED Charting Experience : Epic preferred & Pyxis highly preferred Travel experience : Strongly preferred Required Skillset : Recent LTC experience required. (Post acute & LTC). Wound Care Experience / follow MD orders. PIV Insertion / Blood Draws.  Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio) : 20 bed long term and 17 bed rehab

Shift Requirements : 12hr Days
