Clinical Operations Director
Compensation : $140K - $160K pr / yr
Job Type : Full Time, Monday - Friday. Day shift. Time split between 2 locations.
A leading FQHC in Nassau County, NY is seeking a Clinical Operations Director to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinical and administrative operations
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing
- Supervise operational clinical staff and coordinate care integration with medical leadership
- Lead compliance efforts, including audits and risk assessments (HRSA, HIPAA, 340B, FTCA, PCMH)
- Act as liaison for regulatory reviews and external quality programs
- Monitor productivity, financial performance, and EMR utilization
- Collaborate with billing teams to optimize revenue cycle
- Present operational updates at board meetings
