The Community Liaison is responsible for building and maintaining strong referral relationships that generate new client leads for Compassionate Senior Care. This role requires a personable, results-driven professional who can represent our brand in the community and ensure consistent growth of our client base.

  • Own Your Territory : Cultivate lasting partnerships with hospitals, skilled-nursing facilities, assisted-living centers, social workers, case managers, and senior-care advocates.
  • Tell Our Story : Host community events and educational sessions that spotlight our agencys compassionate, client-first mission.
  • Drive Referrals & Revenue : Consistently meet (and aim to exceed) quarterly and annual referral goals through creative networking and targeted outreach.
  • Create Campaigns That Convert : Design, launch, and track marketing initiatives; keep leadership informed with weekly metrics on pipeline progress.
  • Solve Problems Fast : Act as the go-to liaison between referral sources, families, and internal teams, delivering seamless service and swift solutions.
  • What Sets You Apart

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, community outreach or business development (healthcare or senior care industry strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding referral and client acquisition goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Competitive spirit balanced by heartfelt empathy for seniors and family caregivers.
  • Stellar time-management skills; you juggle multiple priorities without losing your smile.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for outreach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM or database management.
