Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Diagnostics Sales Executive to drive growth through strategic sales initiatives and relationship management. This role focuses on expanding our laboratory testing services, which span fertility, OBGYN, general health, infectious diseases / STDs, and at-home diagnostics.
Our lab processes over six million tests annually — and we’re looking for a driven professional eager to advance healthcare through excellence in sales and client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Account Acquisition & Development
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives. Execute innovative sales strategies and achieve revenue targets within defined market segments.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities. Conduct needs assessments to tailor services, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Site Development
Identify potential Patient Service Center (PSC) sites to expand accessibility and improve service reach.
Education & Training
Provide information sessions and training to healthcare professionals and staff on laboratory testing, billing, and compliance procedures.
Data & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and activities in HubSpot CRM. Regularly update and monitor a 30 / 60 / 90-day sales pipeline.
Compliance & Ethics
Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality, HIPAA, and all compliance policies. Complete all required training and compliance certifications.
Consultative Sales Approach
Apply a consultative method to understand clients’ business processes, goals, and challenges — positioning IHD Lab as a trusted advisor and partner.
Collaboration
Work with internal marketing and support teams to execute sales campaigns, implement marketing strategies, and accurately forecast account sales.
Performance Expectations
Achieve $6,000 in net new business within the first 120–180 days.
Sustain at least $6,000 in new business every 30–60 days thereafter.
Reach $100,000–$150,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) within 12–18 months.
Conduct regular client visits, outbound calls, and presentations (in-person, webinar, and phone).
This is a true “hunter” role — requiring daily fieldwork and proactive outreach to medical communities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and client business reviews within HubSpot.
Qualifications
Strong motivation and drive to achieve performance goals.
Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical diagnostics.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and data management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strategic, organized, and customer-focused mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
Total Target Compensation : Up to $200,000 annually within two years (based on performance).
Base Salary : $60,000–$70,000 (DOE).
Variable Pay : $140,000+ potential at quota achievement.
