Dual Director of Sales

Overview

Dual Director of Sales - Fairfield Inn & Suites and TownePlace Suites. Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Dual Director of Sales to join our team. This person will support the sales efforts for the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Bolingbrook and soon to be opened TownePlace Suites in Romeoville. This person will grow existing accounts for the hotel, and generate new business to ensure that property revenues are meeting or exceeding goals. The Dual Director of Sales will lead all sales efforts and sales related activities at the property.

What You Will Be Doing

• Meets and exceeds revenue goals by developing new accounts and growing current hotel accounts.
• Effectively move share from competitors to Midas hotel, achieving desired RevPAR index goals.
• Actively solicit business via phone, telemarketing, cold calls, warm calls, and site visits.
• Consult with the General Manager and Corporate Director of Revenue Management on rate / inventory suitability of potential group business and review STAR Reports to ensure hotel is positioned in the market properly.
• Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Execute a territorial marketing strategy to capture the maximum amount of revenue.
• Prepare status and period end reports.
