The Global Physical Security (GPS) Data Center Systems Team manages technology enabling the GPS Operations Data Center Team to provide physical protection to Data Center property, assets, and infrastructure. Oracle utilizes internally owned Data Center locations and third-party external Data Centers managed by Co-Location service providers. Oracle is seeking a highly experienced and multi-talented Director of Data Center Security Systems to join our team. This new position will be responsible for project oversight of the current Data Center implementation, development and management of a dedicated team supporting the production Data Center Security Systems across NAM. Working with stakeholders outside of GPS, the initial focus will be the direction of security systems as Oracle constructs hyperscale DCs and the development of technical support teams across the Oracle Hyperscale portfolio.

Essential Functions :

• Provide operational direction and oversight to maintain GPS strategic initiatives in relation to the Data Center operational security program.
• Management of the Data Center Security Systems Support Team, including the sourcing of appropriate contracted staff.
• Provide Project Management services as required, liaising closely with the implementation team.
• Provide mentoring, development, and guidance to the Data Center Systems Support Team members.
• Provide monthly service ticket statistical data and analysis thereof.
• Meet customer service financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing the annual service and operating budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Work closely with cross functional support teams to ensure that service is compliant with all requirements.
• Provide technical support for Lenel Access Control and CCTV, Key management, and all other technical systems as required.
• Partner with Oracle Lines of Business and external audit regulatory bodies to ensure physical security compliance with diverse auditory requirements.
• Customer Service - providing quality advice to Oracle employees on all aspects of Physical Security as it applies to Data Center security.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
