Job Description :

We're looking for a forward-thinking AI Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has transitioned from a software or data background into AI and is passionate about applying cutting-edge technologies in highly regulated industries such as banking or healthcare.

You'll work on impactful use cases-like using Gen AI to extract compliance requirements from regulations or summarize audit reports-to help drive intelligent automation and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and deploy AI / ML models with a focus on Generative AI, LangChain, and NLP.
• Develop solutions that are not tied to a specific LLM, allowing flexibility and innovation.
• Integrate AI / ML capabilities into existing applications in both batch and real-time environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and compliance support.
• Write clean, efficient Python code; Java experience is a plus.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including model specs, data dictionaries, and code annotations.
• Optimize and manage data pipelines using SQL (Hive / PySpark); NoSQL experience is a plus.
• Leverage GitHub and CI / CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment.
• Navigate AI / ML governance processes, especially within regulated environments.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices.
