Education & Licensure
Licensed Physical Therapist in Delaware or compact PT license
Bachelor’s or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
BLS / CPR Certification (Preferred)
Valid driver’s license, clean MVA record, car insurance

Physical Requirements
