About This Role

Senior Commodity & Strategic Sourcing professional with significant experience. Develops and implements network, supplier selection, and negotiation strategy in support of organization's standards for price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply. Partners with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and develops strategies.

• Owns and develops elements of commodity and strategic sourcing strategy.
• Develops and implements supply chain strategies and develops networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc.
• Evaluates and selects suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of the supply.
• Establishes negotiation strategy for award contracts, specifying spending limits and qualified sources of supply.
• Partners with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and develops sourcing strategies.
• Directs analysis of suppliers' operations to determine factors that affect prices and lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $137,700.00 $162,000.00. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company's performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
