Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to commit to decisions even when there are disagreements. Previous startup experience.

Salary Range : $170,000-$220,000 base plus 0.50% -1.50% equity.
Role responsibilities :
- Design scalable solutions and ship features for a production-ready voice agent platform.
- Lead initiatives across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, with opportunities for ownership and growth.
- Collaborate closely with designers and engineers throughout the design and implementation phases.
- Provide technical support, customer success assistance, and implementation guidance directly to our customers.
