Schedule Night shift : 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30) Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) in MS / Tele will provide high-quality care to patients in a telemetry monitoring environment. This role requires expertise in managing various patient diagnoses in a boarder area, offering care to adults and geriatrics while ensuring patient safety and compliance with clinical protocols. Responsibilities Administer medications and manage IV therapies. Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate charting in Epic. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond to dysrhythmias effectively. Implement isolation precautions and manage wound care as necessary. Provide care for patients with central lines, PICC lines, and feeding tubes. Prepare and administer procedural sedation. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with a focus on MS / Tele. Certifications : BLS, CPI, NIHSS required; ACLS preferred.
