Feeder Dispatch Admin With Driving Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Feeder Dispatch Admin with driving responsibilities to join our team. This role operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and splits time between indoor office tasks and outdoor physical work.

In this role, you will assist feeder drivers by phone, manage trailer verification tasks, and ensure smooth operations by walking the yard and driving a company-provided vehicle. You will work in all weather conditions and must be able to safely handle physical tasks such as opening and closing heavy trailer doors. Location : by Louisville Airport 3rd shift : 12 : 00am to 6 : 00am Sunday to Thursday (Part-time) Pay : $21 / hr Weekly pay

Responsibilities :

• Communicate with inbound and outbound drivers via phone
• Open and close trailer doors to verify trailer status
• Walk outdoors in all weather conditions to check trailers
• Escort non-SIDA drivers on and off property
• Perform trailer walk-offs and oversee safety of walk-off personnel
• Drive company vehicle around property as needed
• Multi-task efficiently using computer systems
• Maintain accurate documentation and attention to detail
